Maribel Soto, Director of Loyalty Program and Direct-to-Consumer

Maribel Soto has been part of the Jordan family since 2007, bringing a lifelong passion for hospitality and sales to her role as Director of Estate Services & DTC. From selling homemade bread and tamales with her mother as a child to importing Mexican gourmet foods, Maribel’s entrepreneurial spirit has always been part of her story. Today, she especially enjoys collaborating with her team and designing Jordan’s special events, where every detail, from linens and florals to the perfect tablescape, comes together to create memorable experiences. Her favorite wine is the 1999 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon, the vintage that inspired her transition into wine sales and hospitality. Her favorite pairing? Jordan Cuvée and caviar. The estate garden holds a special place in her heart, and she encourages visitors to explore Healdsburg’s farmers’ markets for an authentic taste of the town’s agricultural roots. Outside of work, Maribel enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering and chasing sunsets. She’s also a classic car enthusiast and proud owner of a cherry red 1965 Ford Mustang and a 1975 Chevy C10 truck.

Pedro Rubio III, Assistant Director of Estate Services 

Pedro Rubio joined Jordan in December 2023 as a Trade Ambassador before stepping into his current role as Assistant Director of Estate Services in December 2025. With experience at several wineries across Sonoma and Napa counties, Pedro brings a passion for hospitality and a love of creating memorable guest experiences. His favorite part of the job? Connecting with guests and leading a team dedicated to making every visit special. When it comes to wine, Pedro has a soft spot for the 2019 Jordan Chardonnay, which reminds him of white Burgundy, and loves pairing Jordan Sauternes with foie gras. You’ll often find him enjoying the peaceful views at Vista Point, his favorite place on the estate. For visitors exploring Sonoma County, he recommends a trip to Armstrong Redwoods to experience the tranquility of the towering trees. Outside of work, Pedro enjoys golfing, dining out with his family and dancing with his daughter at Tuesday concerts in the plaza.

Maddie Camp-Rodgers, Assistant Guest Services Manager

Maddie joined Jordan in March 2023, bringing experience in winery hospitality, disability services and nonprofit work to her role as Assistant Guest Services Manager. She loves connecting with guests from around the world and the variety that each day brings, but admits that tasting the culinary team’s creations might be her favorite perk of the job. Her go-to pairing is Jordan Cuvée with Chef’s Reserve Caviar, whether served in one of the chef’s beggar’s purses or enjoyed at home with potato chips and crème fraîche. On the estate, Maddie loves spending time in the garden, especially in late summer and early fall when fresh produce is abundant. For guests exploring beyond the winery, she recommends taking in the rugged beauty of the Sonoma Coast or visiting Armstrong Redwoods. Outside of work, Maddie enjoys cooking, hosting a cookbook club with friends, camping, reading and exploring Sonoma County’s restaurants and wineries with her husband and dog.

Cindy Codding, Member Experiences Coordinator

Cindy Codding has been part of the Jordan family since May 2010, beginning her journey as a concierge welcoming guests to the winery. Over the years, her role has evolved to include everything from guest services and corporate gifting to e-commerce and virtual tastings, giving her a wealth of experience in creating thoughtful, personalized experiences. Today, as Member Experiences Coordinator, Cindy brings that same attention to detail and warm hospitality to Jordan’s members, helping ensure every interaction feels special. Outside of work, Cindy enjoys baking, arts and crafts, and quilting, bringing her creativity and care to everything she does.

Ariana Nuno, Estate Services Manager

Ariana Nuno has been part of the Jordan team for three years and currently serves as Estate Services Manager. From overseeing the housekeeping team responsible for preparing guest spaces and accommodations to coordinating meal services and special experiences, Ariana works behind the scenes to ensure every detail is thoughtfully executed. Her favorite part of the job is helping create memorable experiences for every guest who visits Jordan. When she’s not busy bringing those experiences to life, her favorite place to take in the beauty of the estate is Vista Point, where the breathtaking views and spectacular sunsets never disappoint.
