How do I schedule a tour and tasting at the winery?
To schedule a visit, please go to our Tours & Tastings section on the website to book your experience online. Alternatively, please email us or call (707) 431-5250. Our team will assist you in selecting a convenient date and time for your wine and food experience.

What types of wine and food experiences are offered?
We offer two distinct experiences year-round: the 90-minute Winery Tour & Tasting and the 45-minute A Taste of Jordan experience. Both include a wine tasting at a communal table, complemented by food pairings prepared by our estate chef. We also offer seasonal experiences from May through October that include our 3-hour Estate Tour & Tasting and the Chef’s Terrace Tasting. Can I visit the winery without an appointment?
To ensure the best experience for all guests, visits to Jordan are by-appointment only. This allows us to provide personalized attention and maintain the intimate atmosphere of our wine and food experiences.

How early should I arrive for my scheduled Tour & Tasting experience?
We ask that guests arrive 15 minutes early to be settled in so the experience can begin promptly at the time scheduled.

Are there any age restrictions for visiting Jordan?
All visitors must be 21 years or older.

Can I bring children or pets?
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, we do not allow children (including infants) or pets on property. Exceptions are made for service animals. Please email us prior to your visit.

What is the cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that you email us, call (707) 431-5250 or cancel your reservation directly through your Jordan account at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled tasting to avoid being charged. For all events, please cancel at least seven days in advance for a full refund.

Is there a dress code for visiting the winery?
We suggest “wine country casual” attire when visiting wineries in Sonoma County. Comfortable footwear is advisable, especially for those participating in the Estate Tour & Tasting or the Vineyard Hikes. Please visit our blog, What to Wear Wine Tasting for inspiration photos and attire ideas. For dress code details for winery dinners and seasonal events, please refer to your confirmation email.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please inform us at least 48 hours before your reservation date, and we will make the necessary arrangements. For all special events, please refer to your confirmation email.

Can your winery accommodate guests with mobility needs?
Yes, we can accommodate guests with mobility needs but we kindly ask that you email us or call (707) 431-5250 at least 48 hours before your reservation date so we can best accommodate you and your group.

What is the tipping policy?
In general, tipping a wine tasting host is appreciated but not expected. At Jordan, you may add a tip onto payments made with a credit card or tip your host in cash. Tips are shared among our team members.

What if I only drink cabernet sauvignon?
Unfortunately, we are unable to customize tastings. Since we only make two wines (cabernet sauvignon and chardonnay), we are unable to add additional vintages of either.

Do I get a discount for being a member? Can my friends or family receive discounts on tastings?
For members of Jordan Estate Rewards, we do offer preferred pricing on all experiences and select events. Visit our Silver, Gold and Platinum pages on our website for a detailed breakdown on which experiences can be paid in a combination of loyalty points and dollars. As a member, you can gift an experience to a friend or family member, but loyalty points are not transferable.

Are my fees waived after a purchase?
No, your tasting fees are not waived after a purchase.

Do you have electric car chargers available to the public or do I need to book a tasting?
Our electric car chargers are only available to visitors that have a tasting reservation with us. We have two Tesla chargers and two Enel X chargers at the winery.

Can I take photos on the property without an appointment?
We kindly ask that all photography inquiries please email us or call (707) 431-5250 to make an appointment.

Do you offer non-alcoholic beverage options or discounts for non-drinkers/designated drivers?
We do not offer discounts for non-drinkers, but we offer seasonal non-alcoholic beverages for guests to enjoy with their food pairings.

Can I purchase a gift certificate for a tasting experience?

Can I purchase a bottle and enjoy it on your property?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow guests to purchase a bottle and enjoy it on Jordan’s property.

Do you offer buyouts for corporate or private groups?
We offer tours and tastings for larger parties, but we do not allow private buyouts. If you are interested in booking a large party experience, please email us. Please note that we can accommodate up to 24 guests and experiences are subject to availability.

Are walk-ins welcome?
Because we don’t have a typical tasting room and all experiences include a food and wine pairing component, we can’t accommodate walk-ins. Please visit our Tours & Tastings page on our website to book your intimate wine tasting experience.

Can you do a tasting virtually or in my home or business?
Yes, we do offer complimentary Virtual Tastings for Silver, Gold and Platinum members of Jordan Estate Rewards. Dig as deep as you like into your cellar—or purchase a vintage online—but if you’d like to ensure your host will taste some of the same wines, we recommend choosing vintages 2014-2019 for Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon or 2017-2021 for Jordan Chardonnay. Can I place an order even if I don’t visit your winery?
Yes, absolutely. Please visit our virtual wine shop on our website to explore various vintages of Jordan, wine accessories, culinary products and more.

Do your wines contain sulfites?
Yes, our wines contain sulfites, as they are a natural byproduct of the fermentation process. If you have any additional questions about allergens or ingredients, please email us or call (707) 431-5250.

Is my tasting experience hosted at a communal or private table?
The seated food and wine pairing during the Winery Tour & Tasting, A Taste of Jordan and Holiday Tour & Tasting are hosted at a communal table in our Cellar Room. Guests are seated at private tables during our Estate Tour & Tasting and Chef’s Terrace Tasting.

Can I select other wines to taste while onsite?
We encourage you to purchase other vintages of Jordan to enjoy at home or at your favorite restaurant but unfortunately, we cannot open additional Jordan wines for you to taste onsite.

Can I share a tasting?
Because we host intimate food and wine pairing experiences by appointment, we do require all visitors to purchase a tasting.

Do you have a waitlist for reservations?
Please email us to be placed on a waiting list for reservations. We will contact you when availability opens.
