Greek Keftedes Lamb Burgers

Inspired by traditional keftedes, Greek meatballs, this lamb burger recipe features onion, parsley and fresh mint. The cumin, oregano, lamb and char bring out the dark fruit and integrated tannins in Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon. This delicious upgrade to your usual barbequed burger with a fresh Greek salad relish will be a favorite at your next gathering.
