The exotic fruit nuances, round texture and clean finish captured in our 2011 Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil have made this vintage the culinary staff’s favorite to date. A tiny crop and long, cool growing season yielded ripe, rich and vibrantly pungent olives, bringing notes of papaya and guava to the traditional Fuji apple, freshly cut grass and subtle artichoke flavors.
