This decadent evening of wine country hospitality features a welcome reception in Jordan’s newly renovated Dining Room, where you’ll be greeted with a glass of the Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenoble. Afterward, you’ll transition into our breathtaking Oak Tank Room for a five-course, food-and-wine-pairing dinner at your own private table, featuring multiple vintages of Jordan Russian River Valley Chardonnay and Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Our executive chef will take you on an epicurean journey with masterful cuisine, showcasing ingredients from Jordan’s garden and artisan purveyors through classic French and modernist cooking techniques.
Due to the theme of the dinner, we unfortunately cannot accommodate vegan or pescatarian diets. Any requests to change the set menu will result in an all-vegetarian, gluten-free menu.
