Recently remodeled by internationally renowned designer Geoffrey De Sousa, the Jordan Dining Room—with woodland-motif walls and embroidered high-back chairs—offers a warm and stately backdrop for wine tasting with an array of tea sandwiches and petits fours, and Jordan Executive Chef Todd Knoll’s beautiful foraged tea service. Part of the Healdsburg Tastemaker Weekend, this Jordan experience begins with a glass of the Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenoble in Jordan’s storied Oak Tank Room before transitioning to the Jordan Dining Room for seated tastes of the 2017 Jordan Chardonnay and 2015 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon while the Jordan staff offers an array of classic, high tea sandwiches. Afterward, an array of petits fours and fresh berries will be served before the finale high tea service begins, featuring foraged ingredients from Jordan Estate’s hundreds of acres of woodlands.
