Join us for an unforgettable evening honoring one of the most significant milestones in Jordan’s history: the 50th anniversary of our first cabernet sauvignon harvest.
On Friday, September 25, we invite you to gather on the Jordan Winery Terrace for an elegant alfresco dinner inspired by the spirit of harvest. As the sun sets over Alexander Valley, guests will dine alfresco on the Jordan Winery Terrace, enjoying a multi-course menu crafted by Executive Chef Jesse Mallgren and the Jordan culinary team that celebrates the peak flavors of Sonoma County’s harvest season.
Throughout the evening, guests will savor special library selections from the Jordan cellar, including rare pours of the inaugural 1976 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon, alongside an exclusive first taste of our newest vintages: the 2024 Jordan Chardonnay and 2022 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon. Dessert will be paired with the Jordan Sauternes, crafted in partnership with Château Guiraud.
Fifty years ago, the 1976 harvest marked the beginning of Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon and established the foundation for the wines we continue to craft today. This elegant dinner is an opportunity to celebrate that legacy with exceptional wines, remarkable cuisine and the warm hospitality that has defined Jordan for five decades. View a sample menu here.
Due to the theme of the dinner, we unfortunately cannot accommodate vegan or pescatarian diets. Any requests to change the set menu will result in an all-vegetarian, gluten-free menu. Please make these special arrangements at least seven days in advance of the event. Unfortunately, same-day requests cannot be granted.
