Celebrate the charm and elegance of France with a Bastille Day Brunch at the Jordan Winery Chateau. Inspired by the French traditions that shaped Jordan’s winemaking and hospitality philosophy, this refined summer gathering will feature beautiful French music, thoughtful décor and a curated four-course brunch on our newly renovated terrace.
Each dish, crafted by Executive Chef Jesse Mallgren and his team, will showcase the vibrant flavors of summer in wine country, with locally sourced ingredients and the elegance of French cuisine. Highlights from the menu include:
- Soft Scrambled Egg with Chef’s Reserve Caviar paired with the Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenoble
- Smoked Salmon & Pommes Darphin with mixed lettuces, beurre blanc, trout roe, paired with the 2023 Jordan Chardonnay
- Beef Tenderloin en Croûte with spinach, slow cooked egg, truffle Mornay sauce, paired with the 2021 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon
- A French-inspired dessert featuring Jordan Estate Honey, paired with the newly released 2022 Jordan Sauternes-style wine by Château Guiraud
Each course will be accompanied by a 2-ounce tasting pour. Wines by the glass will also be available for purchase. Guests will be seated at private tables on the terrace. If your party is purchasing tickets separately, please let us know in advance so we may arrange group seating accordingly.
Due to the theme of the brunch, we unfortunately cannot accommodate vegan diets. Any requests to change the set menu will result in an all-vegetarian, gluten-free menu. Please make these special arrangements at least seven days in advance of the event. Unfortunately, same-day requests cannot be granted.
