Auberge Manager

Jordan Winery, an iconic producer of French-inspired wines in Sonoma County, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Auberge Manager to lead our hospitality accommodations and support the delivery of award-winning guest experiences. This is a rare opportunity to join a passionate team at one of wine country’s most prestigious estates, where excellence in hospitality, culinary arts, and winemaking converge.

We don’t operate a traditional tasting room—instead, we offer curated, appointment-only experiences that reflect the sophistication of our wines and the elegance of our estate. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Guest Services Manager, Executive Chef, and Director of Estate Services to oversee all aspects of guest lodging, housekeeping, and estate hospitality operations.

At Jordan, we foster a welcoming workplace and a culture of excellence where outstanding performance is recognized and rewarded. We are also committed to giving back—using proceeds from wine sales to support those in need. If you share our values, have a passion for hospitality, and love fine wine, we invite you to apply and become part of the Jordan family.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our winery in Healdsburg, California.
