Enjoy the luxurious taste of artisanal American caviar with our private tasting experience, hosted in Jordan’s alluring formal dining room or on the terrace.
High-quality, farm-raised caviar pairs marvelously with fine white and even red wines, not just Champagne. In this intriguing tasting, you’ll sample Jordan Chef’s Reserve Caviar, a top-quality, American white sturgeon caviar that complements Jordan Chardonnay, Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon and our new Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenoble. Your tasting will include our chef’s traditional buckwheat blini and caviar accoutrements, Jordan current release Russian River Valley Chardonnay and Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, an older vintage Cabernet Sauvignon and the Jordan Cuvée —the latter of which is a non-vintage brut that has been aged four years on its lees to create a rich, flavorful Champagne. Hosts will discuss the history of caviar, the rise of American caviar farms and quality levels of caviar production. The location of this tasting experience is determined by weather or your advance request.
This experience is also available as an accompaniment to formal meals or overnight stays.
