Jordan

1991 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon

Like all excellent vintages, 1991 was a year that displayed no weather extremes. A late harvest gave us great depth of fruit and complex tannins. In 2009, the wine still offers floral notes, dried herbs, hint of cassis, plum, supple tannin and moderate acidity. Drink the 750mL and 1.5L now, while they’re at peak maturity. The 3L and 6L will be best now but will also hold for a couple more years.
