This vintage perfectly blends Old World and New World styles. With its polished structure, the 2006 Jordan Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has always suggested the ultimate longevity.
Enticing aromas of blueberry and cranberry open to flavors of huckleberry and sweet tobacco in the glass. Soft, round tannins and structured acidity create a velvety texture on the mid-palate, transitioning into a long and memorable finish. Graceful bottle aging has enhanced this balanced and approachable Cabernet Sauvignon worthy of cellaring through 2021 in 750mL bottles and 2028 in 1.5L magnum bottles.
Jordan Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is considered a great choice for food pairing due to its balance of fruit, acidity and lower alcohol. This Bordeaux style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon is very versatile on the dinner table, from meat and poultry dishes to pastas and grilled vegetables.
