Estate Experience Host

SUMMARY

Jordan Winery, an iconic producer of French-inspired wines in Sonoma County, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Estate Experience Host. While we don’t have a typical tasting room, responsibilities are similar to those of a tasting room associate. You must be able to properly convey our message to our visitors in an enjoyable, informative and professional manner. We offer one of the premier guest experiences in California and expect all applicants to have the ability to graciously present our wines and history. We are looking for someone that has an extraverted personality, knowledge of the wine industry, and a polished, professional demeanor. Our staff handles many other administrative duties in addition to hosting our guests. Cooperation and a willingness to work together as a team is an absolute must.

Open availability, including weekends and holidays would be required. Previous winery, hotel or restaurant experience is expected. We are looking for an individual that is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and must be able to take point-of-sale orders as well as phone orders using our in-house software.

At Jordan, we offer a welcoming workplace, a culture of excellence where quality performance is rewarded and a commitment to use proceeds from wine sales to help those less fortunate. If you share our values, have a passion for hospitality and love wine, we would like you to apply to join the family. This position is full-time and based at the winery in Healdsburg, California.

Applicants must be over the age of 21.

Walk-ins and phone calls will not be accepted.
