Serving

Place Jordan Chardonnay in the refrigerator or in an ice bucket filled with ice and water for 1-2 hours before serving. Chardonnay achieves its best aromas and flavors slightly chilled (between 55 and 60 degrees). Remove the cork and pour wine into the glass until the surface is in line with the widest part of the bowl.
