2005 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon
Exceptional weather during the 2005 harvest allowed grapes to develop ripeness and complex structure. Enjoy flavors of red currant, cherry, blackberry and blueberry with a hint of vanilla from oak aging. Round tannins balance and support this medium-bodied wine’s ripe fruit. Beautiful now, this wine will continue to age gracefully for a decade or more. The 750mL should peak by 2018.
