2003 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2003 harvest ended in October after just four weeks, successfully preserving the fruit's delicate flavors. Overall, the exemplary growing season produced a multi-layered, richly textured wine. Our 2009 tasting reveals notes of black cherry with a hint of blueberry, and a nice mid-weight of oak/fruit tannin. Drink the 750mL now through 2015.
