2001 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon
The most severe Sonoma County frost in 30 years kept us busy protecting the vines' young shoots in the spring of 2001. With one of our earliest harvests, this vintage produced fruit especially noted for its small berries and loose clusters. Enjoy flavors of dark chocolate, black cherry, slight leather and cedar over a rich finish. The 750mL should peak by 2015, the 1.5L by 2022, the 3L by 2030, and the 6L by 2035.
