2000 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon
The addition of fruit from our hillside vineyards contributed to the well-integrated aromatics, depth of color and flavor and mid-palate feel of our 2000 vintage. Decant for 15 to 20 minutes to release aromas of herbs, dark chocolate, black cherry, cola, cassis, spice, red currant, cedar, slight leather and vanilla bean, followed by a balanced, rich finish. Drink the 750mL and 1.5L now through 2011. The 3L and 6L will hold for 7 to 10 years.
