Jordan

1997 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon

The generous 1997 vintage provided a bounty of stunning fruit—intensely aromatic and layered with lush, dense flavors. In 2009, at full maturity, this wine shows flavors of black cherry, herbs and cedar. There is not much sediment—no decanting is necessary—but the wine benefits from a few minutes in the glass. The 750mL and 1.5L are at peak, but the 3L and 6L can hold for 3 to 5 more years.
