Jordan

1996 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon

The 1996 harvest is proof that every year is different. Untimely rain in the spring and abnormally high summer temperatures gave us a yield of only 50%. In 2009, this wine is at peak maturity, with aromas of candied cherries, plum, and vanilla with flavors of raspberry and dried plum. Drink now.
