Jordan

1993 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon

The late vintage of 1993 gave us a small crop. We lost 20% of the fruit in the spring due to a mix of rain and hot weather. In 2009, we find a nice balance of cherry and cassis fruit and aged bouquet. The 750mL is at peak maturity, ready for immediate consumption; the 1.5L is near peak, and the 3L and 6L are prime for decanting and serving within the next few years.
