1985 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon
The 1985 vintage had a nice, even growing season with tremendous balance in the vineyard and tremendous balance in the grapes. Though still a beauty on many levels, this wine is finally showing its age. Drink the 750mL and 1.5L now, while at peak maturity. The 3L and 6L formats may be enjoyed now or held for a couple more years.
