Jordan

1982 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon

The 1982 vintage was one of the longest and coolest growing seasons experienced at Jordan. With a higher percentage of Merlot than from past years, the wine was already soft and easy to enjoy upon release. In June 2009, we found this wine to be lean, herbal, and lightly floral, quickly fading after a moment of freshness on the nose. The 750mL is past its prime, and larger formats should be enjoyed now.
