1981 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 1981 Cabernet captured the intensity of a short, very warm harvest season. In 2009, the wine shows more dried fruit aroma, herbaceousness and vegetal notes than its former sweet fruit. The 750mL is past prime, and larger formats should be enjoyed now.
