Jordan

1978 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon

The 1978 harvest, our first estate vintage, brought us exceptionally high-quality fruit, confirming our belief in the Alexander Valley floor site. Even though it was a classic year, 31 years is a long time for wine—as expected, in 2009 the 1978 is beyond peak maturity. The 750mL and 1.5L are past prime, but if you have a 3L or 6L, drink now.
