The 1977 vintage of Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon reaffirms the winery's commitment to producing wines of complex varietal fruit character and elegance. More intense than the 1976 vintage, the 1977 wine will require somewhat longer to reach maturity. Particularly exciting is the concentration of the Cabernet and Merlot flavors carrying through on the palate with an intensity and freshness that belie the wine's age. Also evident is the beginning of bottle bouquet, with tremendous promise of increasing complexity and appeal.
