Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon wines are designed to be enjoyed immediately upon release. They are soft, round and food-friendly, but nonetheless can be happily cellared for a decade or more depending on the vintage. At Jordan, the current release is served with entres of meat or game, followed by an older vintage with the cheese course. Both are served at cool room temperature, 16° C. or 61° F.
Jordan Chardonnay wines, as with most white wines, should be enjoyed within approximately five years of release. At Jordan, the current release is served with fish, shellfish and poultry, and also as an aperitif. Being a complex white wine, it is served slightly chilled, 14° C. or 58° F.
