How do I enroll?

Simply sign up for our email list. Then with every dollar you spend at the winery, either online, by phone or in person, you'll earn three points towards Jordan Estate Rewards. Points are earned on purchases, excluding tax and shipping.

How do I redeem points for rewards?

When you have accumulated at least 4,500 points, you may request your reward online, email us at rewards@jordanwinery.com or call us at 800.654.1213 to set up your visit. All rewards will be scheduled based on availability.

Do my points ever expire?

Yes, after three years. You will receive periodic communications regarding your point balance and any points that may be expiring.

How far in advance do I need to plan to redeem an award?

Awards are based on availability, so it is recommended that you plan as far in advance as possible.

Can I give an award as a gift?

Yes!

Can I bring my children and pets?

We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests under the age of 21 or pets at the winery.

How do I keep track of my reward points?

To check your Jordan Estate Rewards points, log in to your account, then view account. Your Jordan Estate Rewards points will be listed as "Loyalty Points" above your name.
